The Wellspring Group, along with support from our Medical Partner - Sanoviv Medical Institute, and our Product Partner - USANA Health Sciences, teaches how to discover holistic wellness.

We believe that exercise, stress reduction, supplimentation and living a naturally balanced life are all crucial components to feeling your best . We offer a varitey of programs and services for those interested in learning more about maintaining or improving their health and wellness.

OUR SKIN CARE: Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it
is absorbed into our blood stream and does affect our health. We were excited to
learn that USANA does not add in parabens or other chemical preservatives to the
